Refund due to Product Defect
The User may return to AUTOHOLIX, free of charge, any products with manufacturing defects. Users must contact STEAMRAYS in firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph and a detailed description of the product defect.
Once we receive the refund request we will indicate to the User, if applicable, the form of collection or delivery of the defective product at its warehouse, free of charge. Each product to be returned must be unused and include all its labels, packaging and if any, documentation and original accessories.
Once we receive the product and verify the defect, Autoholix will proceed to send another product of the same characteristics, free of charge for the User. If it is not possible, due to lack of stock, Autoholix will fully refund the amount paid by the user within 15 business days
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received, the products can be returned within 4 days from the delivery day, without any penalty and without any justification. The return cost of the products will be paid by the user. In case of withdrawal, the User should contact Autoholix at email@example.com to inform the company about the product return.
Upon receipt of said communication, Autoholix will inform you of the form of delivery of the products at its warehouses. Each product to be returned must be unused and include all its labels, packaging and if any, documentation and original accessories. Failing this, Autoholix reserves the right to refuse such a return.
The amounts paid will be returned within fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the products in STEAMRAYS warehouses.
